Uprave razmi\u0161ljaju o prioritetima, potvr\u0111uju smjernice i definiraju \u0161to \u0107e u nadolaze\u0107em razdoblju doista biti va\u017eno. U tom se trenutku ponovno otvaraju pitanja strategije, uspje\u0161nosti i o\u010dekivanja \u2013 ali \u010desto i dvojbe kako sve to prenijeti u svakodnevni rad.<\/p>\n<p>Svaka tvrtka ima <strong>strate\u0161ke smjernice<\/strong>: viziju, dugoro\u010dne ciljeve i pravce djelovanja koje naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e oblikuje menad\u017ement, a potvr\u0111uju vlasnici ili uprava. Te smjernice jasno govore <strong>kamo organizacija \u017eeli i\u0107i<\/strong> i <strong>\u0161to \u017eeli dugoro\u010dno posti\u0107i<\/strong>. Problem se, me\u0111utim, rijetko pojavljuje na razini same strategije, ve\u0107 u njezinoj provedbi u praksi.<\/p>\n<p>Izme\u0111u strate\u0161kih dokumenata i svakodnevnog rada na terenu \u010desto nastaje praznina. Ljudi znaju da su sigurnost, kvaliteta, tro\u0161kovi ili zadovoljstvo kupaca va\u017eni, ali ne vide uvijek <strong>kako je njihov svakodnevni rad konkretno povezan s tim ciljevima<\/strong>. Upravo tu se javlja potreba za jasnim, razumljivim sustavom upravljanja uspje\u0161no\u0161\u0107u.<\/p>\n<p>Japanska praksa upravljanja nudi vrlo jednostavnu, ali iznimno u\u010dinkovitu logiku: put od <strong>strate\u0161kih smjernica<\/strong> do<strong> mjerljivih ciljeva<\/strong>, a zatim do konkretnih aktivnosti. U praksi se ta logika izra\u017eava kroz kaskadu <strong>KMI \u2192 KPI \u2192 KAI<\/strong>, koja predstavlja okosnicu djelovanja <a href=\"https:\/\/performance-storyboard.com\/pmb\/\"><strong>PMB-a \u2013 Performance Management Boarda<\/strong><\/a> unutar sustava <a href=\"https:\/\/performance-storyboard.com\/\"><strong>Performance Storyboard.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/demetra-leanway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/PMB-slika.png\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-16384 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/demetra-leanway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/PMB-slika.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"605\" height=\"233\" srcset=\"https:\/\/demetra-leanway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/PMB-slika.png 605w, https:\/\/demetra-leanway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/PMB-slika-300x116.png 300w, https:\/\/demetra-leanway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/PMB-slika-370x142.png 370w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 605px) 100vw, 605px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>KMI, KPI, KAI \u2013 \u0161to te kratice zapravo zna\u010de?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Prije nego krenemo dalje, va\u017eno je razjasniti zna\u010denje kratica koje se \u010desto koriste, ali nisu uvijek jasno razumljive:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>KMI (Key Management Indicator)<\/strong> \u2013 klju\u010dni pokazatelj upravljanja<br \/>\nOdgovara na pitanje: <em>za\u0161to ne\u0161to mjerimo i kamo kao organizacija \u017eelimo i\u0107i?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>KPI (Key Performance Indicator)<\/strong> \u2013 klju\u010dni pokazatelj uspje\u0161nosti<br \/>\nOdgovara na pitanje: <em>\u0161to mora dobro funkcionirati da bismo ostvarili postavljeni cilj?<\/em><br \/>\nKPI-jevi su u pravilu zaostali ili rezultatski pokazatelji (lagging indicators), jer prikazuju rezultat prethodnih aktivnosti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>KAI (Key Activity Indicator)<\/strong> \u2013 klju\u010dni pokazatelj aktivnosti<br \/>\nOdgovara na pitanje: <em>koje konkretne aktivnosti svakodnevno provodimo kako bi se rezultat pobolj\u0161ao?<\/em><br \/>\nKAI-jevi su vode\u0107i pokazatelji (leading indicators), jer mjere radnje koje utje\u010du na budu\u0107i rezultat, odnosno KPI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Upravo razlika izme\u0111u lagging (KPI) i leading (KAI) pokazatelja omogu\u0107uje da se upravljanje uspje\u0161no\u0161\u0107u pomakne s pukog pra\u0107enja rezultata na aktivno upravljanje njima.<\/p>\n<p>PMB je alat koji ove tri razine povezuje u jednu smisleno strukturiranu i preglednu cjelinu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Od strategije do KMI-ja: \u0161to zaista zna\u010di uspjeh<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Na samom vrhu nalaze se strate\u0161ke smjernice. One definiraju koja su podru\u010dja za tvrtku dugoro\u010dno klju\u010dna. Iz tih se smjernica zatim izdvajaju <strong>KMI-jevi \u2013 klju\u010dni pokazatelji upravljanja.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>KMI-jevi nisu operativne metrike i nisu namijenjeni svakodnevnom pra\u0107enju. Njihova je uloga odgovoriti na temeljno pitanje:<br \/>\n<strong><em>\u0161to za na\u0161u tvrtku zna\u010di uspjeh?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rije\u010d je o ograni\u010denom broju podru\u010dja, poput sigurnosti i zdravlja, kupaca i kvalitete, ljudi i kulture, iskori\u0161tenosti sredstava te tro\u0161kova i profitabilnosti. KMI-jevi su u vlasni\u0161tvu menad\u017ementa i rijetko se mijenjaju. U PMB-u su prikazani kao stabilan okvir koji svim daljnjim odlukama daje jasan kontekst.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>KPI kao most izme\u0111u ciljeva i procesa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Kada su strate\u0161ki prioriteti jasni, sljede\u0107e pitanje glasi: <strong><em>\u0161to u procesima mora dobro funkcionirati kako bi se ti ciljevi ostvarili?<\/em><\/strong> Tu nastupaju <strong>KPI-jevi \u2013 klju\u010dni pokazatelji uspje\u0161nosti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>KPI-jevi prevode strate\u0161ke ciljeve (KMI-jeve) u konkretne, mjerljive pokazatelje koji se mogu pratiti na razini procesa, odjela ili pojedine lokacije. Ako je strate\u0161ki fokus na u\u010dinkovitosti proizvodnih sredstava, OEE \u2013 ukupna u\u010dinkovitost opreme \u2013 tipi\u010dan je primjer KPI-ja koji pokazuje kona\u010dni rezultat.<\/p>\n<p>U podru\u010djima poput sigurnosti ili kvalitete, KPI-jevi nisu ograni\u010deni samo na krajnje ishode. Va\u017enu ulogu imaju i procesni pokazatelji koji otkrivaju funkcionira li sustav ispravno i gdje nastaju odstupanja.<\/p>\n<p>PMB omogu\u0107uje da su KPI-jevi jasno povezani sa strate\u0161kim ciljevima, imaju definiranog vlasnika i prate se kroz vrijeme \u2013 kao trend, a ne samo kao trenutna vrijednost. Na taj na\u010din KPI-jevi prestaju biti dio izvje\u0161taja i postaju aktivan alat upravljanja i dono\u0161enja odluka.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>KAI: mjesto gdje strategija postaje pona\u0161anje<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Najva\u017eniji pomak doga\u0111a se na razini KAI-ja \u2013 klju\u010dnih pokazatelja aktivnosti. Ovdje se strategija po prvi put stvarno susre\u0107e sa svakodnevnim radom.<\/p>\n<p>KAI-jevi ne opisuju rezultat, ve\u0107 djelovanja. Odgovaraju na pitanje:<br \/>\n<em>\u0161to \u0107emo danas, sutra ili ovog tjedna napraviti druga\u010dije kako bi se KPI pobolj\u0161ao?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Rije\u010d je o konkretnim aktivnostima na razini timova: skra\u0107ivanje vremena pode\u0161avanja, projekti za smanjenje zastoja, ve\u0107i broj sigurnosnih opa\u017eanja (rizici, near miss doga\u0111aji), br\u017ea i ve\u0107a realizacija prijedloga za pobolj\u0161anja. KAI-jevi su mali, konkretni i izravno utjecajni.<\/p>\n<p>PMB omogu\u0107uje da su te aktivnosti vidljive, pra\u0107ene i jasno povezane s KPI-jevima, a posljedi\u010dno i sa strate\u0161kim ciljevima tvrtke. Time se upravljanje uspje\u0161no\u0161\u0107u pomi\u010de s kontrole na usmjeravanje.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Jedna slika, jedna logika<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Najve\u0107a vrijednost PMB-a u okviru Performance Storyboarda jest to \u0161to su strate\u0161ke smjernice, KMI, KPI i KAI prikazani u jednoj logi\u010dnoj, vizualnoj cjelini. Nema vi\u0161e odvojenih izvje\u0161taja, prezentacija i tablica, ve\u0107 postoji jasna linija vidljivosti od vrha organizacije do Gembe \u2013 mjesta gdje se provjeravaju stvarne \u010dinjenice na terenu.<\/p>\n<p>Na jednom je mjestu mogu\u0107e razumjeti koji je strate\u0161ki cilj ugro\u017een, koji pokazatelj odstupa i koje aktivnosti treba prilagoditi. Sastanci vi\u0161e nisu posve\u0107eni obja\u0161njavanju brojki, ve\u0107 odlu\u010divanju i u\u010denju.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kada sustav zaista za\u017eivi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Kada tvrtka dosljedno primjenjuje logiku od strate\u0161kih smjernica do KMI-ja, KPI-ja i KAI-ja te to podupire PMB-om, doga\u0111a se va\u017ean pomak.
