Uglavnom stvari po\u010dinju idejom, koje se nadograde u praksi, ili se na temelju znanja u praksi pobolj\u0161ava teorija. Nikad ne\u0107u zaboraviti natpis, koji je tijekom mog srednjo\u0161kolskog obrazovanja visio na zidu radionice prakti\u010dne nastave:<strong> \"PRAKSA bez teorije je slijepa i TEORIJA bez prakse je mrtva!\u201c <\/strong>Upravo iz tog razloga, u ovom blogu se oslanjam na teorijski temelj <strong>metode 5S<\/strong>, koju sam za\u010dinio prakti\u010dnom perspektivom i iskustvom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5S je kratica za pet japanskih rije\u010di, koje po\u010dinju na slovo S (<strong>Seiri<\/strong> - odvajati, <strong>Seiton<\/strong> - ure\u0111ivati, <strong>Seiso<\/strong> - \u010distiti, <strong>Seiketsu<\/strong> - standardizirati, <strong>Shitsuke<\/strong> \u2013 provoditi u praksi) a sastoji se od strukturirane metode kojoj je svrha kontinuirano pobolj\u0161anje radnog podru\u010dja. Izvori navode, da je razvijen u Japanu, u Toyoti, ciljem razvoja kulture zaposlenih, kako bi se utvrdilo optimalno uredno i \u010disto radno okru\u017eenje. Zanimljivo je, da sada gotovo nema tvrtke, koja nije preuzela barem dio ove metodologije. Kod nas se \u010desto pogre\u0161no razumije i definira kao sustav ure\u0111enje i \u010di\u0161\u0107enje, ali to zna\u010di mnogo vi\u0161e od toga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Princip 5S<\/strong> je filozofija organiziranja i upravljanja, da se oslobodimo od \"otpada\" ili gubitaka koji proizlaze iz neurednog radnog okru\u017eenja. Osnovni cilj 5S je stvoriti vi\u0161i stupanj kulture i u\u010dinkovitosti na radnom mjestu. Jednostavno i izvedivo bilo u poslovnim ili proizvodnim procesima, uredima, te je pogodna za sve. Zbog suvremenog tempa, princip 5S zapravo rade svugdje, u javnom i doma\u0107im okru\u017eenjima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prije nego idemo u detalje 5S metode, potrebno je napraviti kratak pregled dizajna SUSTAVA, kako bi ispravno razumjeli gdje je, unutar proizvodnog sustava, mjesto 5S.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proizvodni sustav je skup metoda i alata, kao \u0161to su: TPM, 5S, Kaizen, upravo na vrijeme, standardizacije, Poka Yoke ... Danas nije dovoljno, da bi savladali samo jedno podru\u010dje, nego zahtijeva \u0161iroko znanje i integraciju svih tih razli\u010ditih sastavnih elemenata proizvodnog sustava, kako bi postigli <strong>IZVRSNOST U SVOM SVAKODNEVNOM RADU.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>U tom kontekstu, digitalna rje\u0161enja poput <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/performance-storyboard.com\/dam\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">Performance Storyboard<\/a><\/strong> pru\u017eaju sna\u017ene alate za pra\u0107enje, analizu i optimizaciju razli\u010ditih proizvodnih procesa, uklju\u010duju\u0107i implementaciju 5S i drugih lean principa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U osnovi u metodi 5S ide za <strong>proces stalnog pobolj\u0161anja<\/strong>, koji tra\u017ei, da smo optimalno u\u010dinkoviti na radnom mjestu. To zna\u010di da metoda 5S nikada ne prestane. Mo\u017eda se zavr\u0161i neka faza razvoja, ali metoda, kao takva, nikada!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vjerojatno ste imali priliku \u010duti ili vidjeti kako poduze\u0107a s najdu\u017eom tradicijom na ovom podru\u010dju govore o razli\u010ditim ciklusima, fazama, razinama zrelosti, novim ciljevima ... upravo zbog kontinuiranog razvoja i napredovanja. Osnovni koraci ostaju isti, mijenjaju se pristupi i alati, koji djeluju u toj provjerenoj metodi. Sve je vi\u0161e naglasak na u\u010dinkovitosti, jer na prvi pogled uredno i \u010disto radno mjestu, ne zna\u010di da smo iskorijeniti sve gubitke, koji ne stvaraju dodanu vrijednost. To zna\u010di, da se ukloni ili o\u010distiti (u smislu ukloniti taj dio, koji smeta) zadr\u017eane, beskorisne predmete ili informacije.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Za\u0161to odvajamo?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jer beskorisni predmeti \/ informacije ... zauzimaju prostor, koji bi se mogao korisno primijeniti za druge aktivnosti. Koliko novaca izgubimo u potrazi za razli\u010ditim stvarima u ormaru?<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Seiton \u2013 ure\u0111ivati<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ure\u0111ivati, po poznatoj poslovici, zna\u010di \u00bbodrediti mjesto za svaku stvar i staviti svaku stvar na svoje mjesto\". Ova druga faza obuhva\u0107a utvr\u0111ivanje, vizualnu identifikaciju i \u010di\u0161\u0107enje svega preostalog nakon prve faze eliminacije beskorisnog.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zbog toga, da lako\u0107om na\u0111emo predmet, kojeg trebamo. Predmete slo\u017eimo ili ure\u0111ujemo prema razli\u010ditim kriterijima, posebno prema u\u010destalosti uporabe.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<h3><strong>Za\u0161to ure\u0111ujemo?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cilj ure\u0111enja je, da imamo potrebne stvari uredne, na vidljivom mjestu i dostupne. Kolica razli\u010ditih boja ne mogu se otklju\u010dati me\u0111usobno. Vizualnom oznakom (boja ozna\u010dena na desnoj strani kolica) su omogu\u0107ili, da mo\u017eemo ve\u0107 izdaleka vidjeti, u koji red \u0107emo staviti kolica (izbjegnemo nepotrebno poku\u0161avanje, gdje kolica stanu). Kod nekih drugih trgovaca, koji nemaju sustav Poka Yoke i vizualnu identifikaciju, mo\u017eete primijetiti, kako se na nekim mjestima kolica gomilaju, odnosno su posvuda okolo.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0<strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h2><strong>Seiso \u2013 \u010distiti<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tre\u0107a faza \u010desto predstavlja najve\u0107i problem u primjeni na\u010dela 5S. Zapa\u017eena je suzdr\u017eanost kod ljudi, \u00a0kad dolazi faza \u010di\u0161\u0107enja. Neki ka\u017eu, da nisu tamo za \u010di\u0161\u0107enje, nego u\u010de ili izra\u0111uju zahtijevane proizvode. Zaposlenici bi trebali razumjeti, da \u010di\u0161\u0107enje odra\u017eava stvarnu spremnost, da smo odgovorni za sve predmete koje koristimo kao i spremnost, da ih odr\u017eavamo u besprijekornom stanju.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Za\u0161to \u010distimo?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Procedura 5S je primljena, kada zaposlenici razumiju va\u017enost metode i njezinu dodanu vrijednost u postizanju izvrsnosti svaki dan. To posebno vrijedi za fazu \u010di\u0161\u0107enja, na koju se \u010desto gleda kao na neudobno. Kako bi se \u010di\u0161\u0107enje prihvatilo, treba razmotriti vidikom kontinuiranog napretka i kao priliku da se otkriju i otklone uzroci problema jedan po jedan.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bitno je, da kroz akt \u010di\u0161\u0107enja:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">napravimo na\u0161e radno okru\u017eenje ugodnijim (nema kvalitete rada u lo\u0161em, prljavom ili neprilago\u0111enom okoli\u0161u);<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">izbjegnemo rizik kvara (otkrivamo simptome prije kvara) ili omogu\u0107avamo njihovo br\u017ee otklanjanje;<\/li>\n<li>izbjegnemo opasnost od nesre\u0107e na radu;<\/li>\n<li>izbjegnemo pogor\u0161anju stanja kori\u0161tenog materijala;<\/li>\n<li>lak\u0161e pregledamo stanje sredstava za proizvodnju i otkrijemo slabosti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1946\" src=\"http:\/\/demetra-leanway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Seiso-\u2013-\u010distiti-300x107.png\" alt=\"\u010cisto\u010da je pomembna povsod! Tradicionalno isto\u010dno \u0161egrtovanje bazira na odnosu majstor \/ \u0161egrt, u kojem \u0161egrt po\u010dne tako, da imitira u\u010ditelja i ponavlja tako dugo,\u00a0 dok ne pomisli na pobolj\u0161anje metode ili tehnike.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bit pete faze 5S tra\u017ei:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>pridr\u017eavanje uvedenih standarda 5S<\/strong> svakodnevnim i strogom provedbom unaprijed definiranih pravila, te redovitim provjeravanjem njihove pravilne primjene;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>stalno pobolj\u0161avanje<\/strong> tih postupka izvo\u0111enja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Za\u0161to upotrebljavati i upravljati 5S?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To je osnovna faza metode 5S, koja, kao kod svakog postupka stalnog pobolj\u0161anja, kroz kontrolu pru\u017ea po\u0161tovanje standarda i uno\u0161enja potencijalnih pobolj\u0161anja u standardima djelovanja.
