S njihovim prijedlozima, zaposlenici mogu zna\u010dajno doprinijeti smanjenju tro\u0161kova i pobolj\u0161anju radnih procesa, odnosno konkurentnim prednostima tvrtke.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Slovenska su poduze\u0107a, u pravilu, me\u0111u prosje\u010dnim zemljama u pogledu broja pobolj\u0161anja, izuma i inovacija po zaposleniku.\u00a0<\/strong>Na\u017ealost, mnoge tvrtke jo\u0161 uvijek nisu svjesne va\u017enosti svih zaposlenika koji kontinuirano pridonose njihovim idejama za pobolj\u0161anje, kako bi vi\u0161e pa\u017enje posvetili ovom podru\u010dju. U proteklih godinu dana dobili su platinastu nagradu J.D. Power za kvalitetu, koja se dobiva na temelju procjena zadovoljstva kupaca. Ova je nagrada zaradila Lexus ES &amp; RX modelom, koji je bio s najmanjima odnosno sa najmanje gre\u0161aka ma vozilo u proteklih godinu dana, kao \u0161to je navedeno od strane kupaca. Nije slu\u010dajnost, jer je njihova izuzetna kvaliteta prethodnih godina prepoznata mnogo puta. Osim izvrsnih proizvoda, oni su izvrsni za ne\u0161to, \u0161to je zapravo odgovor na to, za\u0161to su tako dobri. Po velikom broju ideja po zaposleniku. Ne govorimo samo o sustavu upravljanja korisnim prijedlozima, kako zapisujemo i donesemo ideju do realizacije, ili kako nagraditi zaposlenika, koji je dao prijedlog, ve\u0107 o cijeloj proizvodnoj ljestvici i razini kulture. Postoje mnoge mogu\u0107nosti za pobolj\u0161anje. Svaki gubitak, \u010dak i mali problem, mana ili pogre\u0161ka, bit \u0107e neiscrpan izvor pobolj\u0161anja. Postoje odre\u0111ene razlike me\u0111u svima, koje razumijemo i uzimamo pod jednim nazivnikom, koji tako\u0111er odra\u017eava razinu zrelosti odre\u0111ene tvrtke.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Za osnovne informacije pripremili smo kratki pojmovnik izraza, koje smo koristili:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pobolj\u0161anje (Kaizen) - <\/strong>je promjena na bolje ili proces pobolj\u0161anja, kontinuiranog pobolj\u0161anja.<\/h5>\n<h5>\u00a0<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Korisni prijedlog (sugestija) <\/strong> - je prijedlog ili zabilje\u017eena ideja, koju shva\u0107amo kao pobolj\u0161anje, izum ili inovaciju.
