Dok kompanije ula\u017eu u ma\u0161ine, automatizaciju i digitalizaciju, upravo ljudi svojom svestrano\u0161\u0107u odlu\u010duju da li \u0107e procesi funkcionisati bez zastoja. Kada se razboli klju\u010dni radnik, pove\u0107a obim porud\u017ebina ili nastupe nepredvi\u0111ene promene \u2013 tada se vidi da li kompanija ima polivalentan tim koji mo\u017ee da preuzme razli\u010dite uloge ili ostaje ograni\u010dena na usko specijalizovane zadatke.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"690\" data-end=\"719\">Vi\u0161e od zamene odsutnih<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"1147\">Na prvi pogled polivalentnost izgleda kao prakti\u010dno re\u0161enje za vreme godi\u0161njih odmora, bolovanja ili iznenadnih izostanaka. Ali ako se uvede sistematski, donosi mnogo vi\u0161e. Polivalentni zaposleni omogu\u0107avaju da se ljudi brzo preraspodele tamo gde su najpotrebniji. Kod novih zadataka zaposleni su fokusiraniji, motivacija raste, rutine je manje, a gre\u0161aka je manje. Cena koju kompanija pla\u0107a su neefikasnost, ka\u0161njenja i dugoro\u010dni gubitak konkurentnosti.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3702\" data-end=\"3929\">Zato matrice kompetencija moraju postati \u017eivi dokument \u2013 integrisane u dnevni menad\u017ement sistem (DMS) i podr\u017eane <strong data-start=\"3815\" data-end=\"3848\">vizuelnim alatima upravljanja<\/strong>, koji kompetencije \u010dine preglednim, korisnim i delom svakodnevnog odlu\u010divanja.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3931\" data-end=\"4282\">Istina je da zaposleni \u2013 ali i njihovi menad\u017eeri \u2013 \u010desto vole da ostanu u zoni komfora i rutine. Upravo zato upravljanje kompetencijama, osiguravanje polivalentnosti i planirana rotacija moraju se re\u0161avati sistematski, stru\u010dno i temeljno.
