Menad\u017ement razmi\u0161lja o prioritetima, potvr\u0111uje strate\u0161ke smernice i defini\u0161e \u0161ta \u0107e u narednom periodu zaista biti va\u017eno. U tom trenutku ponovo se otvaraju pitanja <strong>strategije, uspe\u0161nosti i o\u010dekivanja<\/strong>, ali \u010desto i dileme kako sve to preneti u <strong>svakodnevni operativni rad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Svaka kompanija ima <strong>strate\u0161ke smernice<\/strong>: viziju, dugoro\u010dne ciljeve i pravce razvoja koje naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e defini\u0161e rukovodstvo, a potvr\u0111uju vlasnici ili upravni odbor. Ove smernice jasno govore <strong>kuda organizacija \u017eeli da ide<\/strong> i <strong>\u0161ta \u017eeli dugoro\u010dno da postigne<\/strong>. Me\u0111utim, problem se retko javlja na nivou same strategije, ve\u0107 <strong>u njenoj primeni u praksi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Izme\u0111u strate\u0161kih dokumenata i svakodnevnog rada na terenu \u010desto nastaje <strong>praznina<\/strong>. Ljudi znaju da su <strong>bezbednost, kvalitet, tro\u0161kovi ili zadovoljstvo kupaca<\/strong> va\u017eni, ali ne vide uvek <strong>kako je njihov svakodnevni rad konkretno povezan sa tim ciljevima<\/strong>. Upravo ovde se javlja potreba za <strong>jasnim i razumljivim sistemom upravljanja uspe\u0161no\u0161\u0107u<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Japanska praksa upravljanja nudi <strong>jednostavnu, ali izuzetno efikasnu logiku<\/strong>: put od <strong>strate\u0161kih smernica<\/strong> ka <strong>merljivim ciljevima<\/strong>, a zatim do <strong>konkretnih aktivnosti<\/strong>. U praksi se ova logika izra\u017eava kroz kaskadu <strong>KMI <\/strong><strong>\u2192<\/strong><strong> KPI <\/strong><strong>\u2192<\/strong><strong> KAI<\/strong>, koja predstavlja <strong>osnovu funkcionisanja <a href=\"https:\/\/performance-storyboard.com\/pmb\/\">PMB-a (Performance Management Board)<\/a><\/strong> u okviru sistema <a href=\"https:\/\/performance-storyboard.com\/\"><strong>Performance Storyboard<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/demetra-leanway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/PMB-slika.png\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-16384 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/demetra-leanway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/PMB-slika.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"605\" height=\"233\" srcset=\"https:\/\/demetra-leanway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/PMB-slika.png 605w, https:\/\/demetra-leanway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/PMB-slika-300x116.png 300w, https:\/\/demetra-leanway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/PMB-slika-370x142.png 370w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 605px) 100vw, 605px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>KMI, KPI, KAI \u2013 \u0161ta ove skra\u0107enice zapravo zna\u010de?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pre nego \u0161to nastavimo, va\u017eno je razjasniti zna\u010denje pojmova koji se \u010desto koriste, ali nisu uvek jasno razumljivi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>KMI (Key Management Indicator)<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>klju\u010dni pokazatelj upravljanja<\/strong><br \/>\nOdgovara na pitanje: <strong>za\u0161to ne\u0161to merimo i kuda kao organizacija \u017eelimo da idemo?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>KPI (Key Performance Indicator)<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>klju\u010dni pokazatelj uspe\u0161nosti<\/strong><br \/>\nOdgovara na pitanje: <strong>\u0161ta mora dobro da funkcioni\u0161e da bismo ostvarili postavljeni cilj?<\/strong><br \/>\nKPI-jevi su naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e <strong>zaostali (rezultatski) pokazatelji \u2013 lagging indicators<\/strong>, jer prikazuju rezultat prethodnih aktivnosti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>KAI (Key Activity Indicator)<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>klju\u010dni pokazatelj aktivnosti<\/strong><br \/>\nOdgovara na pitanje: <strong>koje konkretne aktivnosti svakodnevno sprovodimo kako bi se rezultat pobolj\u0161ao?<\/strong><br \/>\nKAI-jevi su <strong>vode\u0107i pokazatelji \u2013 leading indicators<\/strong>, jer mere aktivnosti koje <strong>uti\u010du na budu\u0107i rezultat<\/strong>, odnosno na KPI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Upravo jasna razlika izme\u0111u <strong>lagging (KPI)<\/strong> i <strong>leading (KAI)<\/strong> pokazatelja omogu\u0107ava da se <strong>upravljanje uspe\u0161no\u0161\u0107u pomeri sa pasivnog pra\u0107enja rezultata na aktivno upravljanje njima<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PMB<\/strong> je alat koji <strong>povezuje ove tri razine u jednu smislenu, preglednu i logi\u010dnu celinu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Od strategije do KMI-ja: \u0161ta zaista zna\u010di uspeh<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Na samom vrhu nalaze se <strong>strate\u0161ke smernice<\/strong>. One defini\u0161u koja su podru\u010dja <strong>dugoro\u010dno klju\u010dna<\/strong> za kompaniju. Iz tih smernica se zatim izvode <strong>KMI-jevi \u2013 klju\u010dni pokazatelji upravljanja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>KMI-jevi <strong>nisu operativne metrike<\/strong> i <strong>nisu namenjeni svakodnevnom pra\u0107enju<\/strong>. Njihova osnovna uloga je da odgovore na pitanje:<br \/>\n<strong>\u0161ta za na\u0161u kompaniju zaista zna\u010di uspeh?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Radi se o ograni\u010denom broju oblasti kao \u0161to su <strong>bezbednost i zdravlje<\/strong>, <strong>kupci i kvalitet<\/strong>, <strong>ljudi i kultura<\/strong>, <strong>iskori\u0161\u0107enost resursa<\/strong>, <strong>tro\u0161kovi i profitabilnost<\/strong>. KMI-jevi su u <strong>vlasni\u0161tvu top menad\u017ementa<\/strong> i retko se menjaju. U okviru <strong>PMB-a<\/strong> oni predstavljaju <strong>stabilan okvir<\/strong> koji daje jasan kontekst svim daljim odlukama.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>KPI kao most izme\u0111u ciljeva i procesa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Kada su strate\u0161ki prioriteti jasni, slede\u0107e klju\u010dno pitanje glasi:<br \/>\n<strong>\u0161ta u procesima mora da funkcioni\u0161e dobro da bi se ti ciljevi ostvarili?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ovde nastupaju <strong>KPI-jevi \u2013 klju\u010dni pokazatelji uspe\u0161nosti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>KPI-jevi prevode <strong>strate\u0161ke ciljeve (KMI)<\/strong> u <strong>konkretne, merljive pokazatelje<\/strong> koji se mogu pratiti na nivou procesa, sektora ili lokacije. Ako je strate\u0161ki fokus na <strong>efikasnosti proizvodnih sredstava<\/strong>, tada je <strong>OEE (ukupna efikasnost opreme)<\/strong> tipi\u010dan primer KPI-ja koji pokazuje kona\u010dni rezultat.<\/p>\n<p>U oblastima kao \u0161to su <strong>bezbednost ili kvalitet<\/strong>, KPI-jevi se ne odnose samo na krajnje ishode. Va\u017enu ulogu imaju i <strong>procesni pokazatelji<\/strong>, koji otkrivaju da li sistem funkcioni\u0161e pravilno i gde dolazi do odstupanja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PMB omogu\u0107ava<\/strong> da KPI-jevi budu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>jasno povezani sa strate\u0161kim ciljevima,<\/li>\n<li>imaju definisanog vlasnika,<\/li>\n<li>pra\u0107eni kroz vreme <strong>kao trend<\/strong>, a ne samo kao trenutna vrednost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Na taj na\u010din KPI-jevi prestaju da budu deo izve\u0161taja i postaju <strong>aktivan alat upravljanja i dono\u0161enja odluka<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>KAI: gde strategija postaje pona\u0161anje<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Najva\u017enija promena de\u0161ava se na nivou <strong>KAI-ja \u2013 klju\u010dnih pokazatelja aktivnosti<\/strong>. Upravo ovde se strategija <strong>prvi put zaista susre\u0107e sa svakodnevnim radom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>KAI-jevi ne opisuju rezultat, ve\u0107 <strong>konkretna pona\u0161anja i aktivnosti<\/strong>. Odgovaraju na pitanje:<br \/>\n<strong>\u0161ta \u0107emo danas, sutra ili ove nedelje uraditi druga\u010dije da bi se KPI pobolj\u0161ao?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To su aktivnosti na nivou timova, kao \u0161to su:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>skra\u0107enje vremena pode\u0161avanja,<\/li>\n<li>projekti za smanjenje zastoja,<\/li>\n<li>ve\u0107i broj <strong>bezbednosnih opa\u017eanja<\/strong> (rizici, near miss doga\u0111aji),<\/li>\n<li>br\u017ea realizacija <strong>predloga za pobolj\u0161anja<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>KAI-jevi su <strong>konkretni, mali i direktno uticajni<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PMB omogu\u0107ava<\/strong> da ove aktivnosti budu <strong>vidljive, pra\u0107ene i jasno povezane sa KPI-jevima<\/strong>, a samim tim i sa strate\u0161kim ciljevima kompanije. Time se upravljanje uspe\u0161no\u0161\u0107u pomera <strong>sa kontrole ka usmeravanju<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Jedna slika, jedna logika<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Najve\u0107a vrednost <strong>PMB-a u okviru Performance Storyboarda<\/strong> le\u017ei u tome \u0161to su <strong>strate\u0161ke smernice, KMI, KPI i KAI<\/strong> prikazani <strong>u jednoj logi\u010dnoj i vizuelnoj celini<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ne postoje vi\u0161e odvojeni izve\u0161taji, prezentacije i tabele, ve\u0107 jasna <strong>linija vidljivosti od vrha organizacije do Gembe<\/strong> \u2013 mesta gde se proveravaju <strong>stvarne \u010dinjenice na terenu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Na jednom mestu mogu\u0107e je razumeti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>koji je <strong>strate\u0161ki cilj ugro\u017een<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>koji <strong>pokazatelj odstupa<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>koje <strong>aktivnosti treba prilagoditi<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sastanci tada vi\u0161e nisu namenjeni obja\u0161njavanju brojeva, ve\u0107 <strong>odlu\u010divanju i u\u010denju<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kada sistem zaista za\u017eivi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Kada kompanija dosledno primenjuje logiku <strong>od strate\u0161kih smernica do KMI-ja, KPI-ja i KAI-ja<\/strong>, uz podr\u0161ku <strong>PMB-a<\/strong>, dolazi do su\u0161tinske promene.<\/p>\n<p>Ljudi razumeju <strong>smisao svog rada<\/strong>, lideri vode <strong>pravim pitanjima<\/strong>, a pobolj\u0161anja postaju <strong>deo svakodnevice<\/strong>, a ne jednokratni projekti.<\/p>\n<p>Svaka aktivnost dobija smisao.<br \/>\nSvaki pojedinac i svaka smena doprinose rezultatima.<br \/>\nSvako pobolj\u0161anje postaje deo <strong>ve\u0107e pri\u010de<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>To je <strong>sistem upravljanja uspe\u0161no\u0161\u0107u<\/strong> koji strategiju <strong>dosledno dovodi do Gembe \u2013 mesta doga\u0111aja \u2013 i tamo je zaista realizuje<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KMI, KPI i KAI kao jasna struktura upravljanja uspe\u0161no\u0161\u0107u u okviru Performance Management Boarda Po\u010detak godine u mnogim kompanijama predstavlja&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":16385,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_locale":"sr_RS","_original_post":"https:\/\/demetra-leanway.com\/?p=16383","footnotes":""},"categories":[61],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-16390","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-lean-production","sr-RS"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v26.7 (Yoast SEO v27.5) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-premium-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Od strate\u0161kih smernica do svakodnevnog rada: kako PMB povezuje kompaniju od vrha do Gembe - DEMETRA Lean Way<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"PMB povezuje strategiju i operativni rad.
