Svojim sugestijama zaposleni mogu zna\u010dajno doprineti smanjenju tro\u0161kova i pobolj\u0161anju radnih procesa, odnosno konkurentskih prednosti kompanije.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Slovenske kompanije su, po pravilu, me\u0111u prose\u010dnim zemljama u odnosu na broj pobolj\u0161anja, izuma i inovacija po zaposlenom.\u00a0<\/strong>Na\u017ealost, mnoge kompanije jo\u0161 uvek nisu svesne zna\u010daja svih zaposlenih, koji kontinuirano doprinose njihovim idejama za pobolj\u0161anje, kako bi posvetili ve\u0107u pa\u017enju ovom podru\u010dju. Koliko pobolj\u0161anja pojedinac doprinosi svake godine zavisi ne samo od sistema, koji podsti\u010de podno\u0161enje predloga za pobolj\u0161anje, ve\u0107 iznad svega, kako prepoznajemo mogu\u0107nosti za pobolj\u0161anje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Koliko pobolj\u0161anja mislite da bi prose\u010dna osoba predlo\u017eila uspe\u0161an posao?\u00a0<strong>Dva, tri ili mo\u017eda pet? Na\u0111ete li 10 pobolj\u0161anja godi\u0161nje po zaposlenom?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nedavno, u novinama Finance, pro\u010ditao sam \u010dlanak o uspe\u0161noj slovena\u010dkoj kompaniji, koja je u protekloj godini doprinela gotovo 3 korisne sugestije ili inovacije po zaposlenom. U proteklih godinu dana primili su platinastu nagradu J.D. Power za kvalitet, koja se dobija na osnovu procene zadovoljstva klijenata. Ova nagrada zaradila je model Lexus ES &amp; RKS, koji je bio sa najmanje, odnosno sa najmanjim gre\u0161kama vozila u protekloj godini, kako je navedeno od strane kupaca. To nije slu\u010dajnost, jer je njihov izuzetan kvalitet prethodnih godina prepoznat mnogo puta. Pored odli\u010dnih proizvoda, oni su odli\u010dni za ne\u0161to, \u0161to je zapravo odgovor na to, za\u0161to su tako dobri. Po velikom broju ideja po zaposlenom. U proseku bele\u017ee, dele i provode, udahnite, <strong>od 60 do 70 ideja godi\u0161nje po zaposlenom!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Naravno, automobilska industrija i japanska kultura su specifi\u010dni, ali to nije prepreka drugim kompanijama, da postignu vi\u0161e pobolj\u0161anja po zaposlenom nego obi\u010dno. <a href=\"http:\/\/demetra-leanway.com\/metode-2\/kaizen-japonska-tehnika\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #d0251b;\">Pobolj\u0161anja ili Kaizen (Kai \u2013 promene, zen \u2013 na bolje)<\/span><\/strong><\/a>, kako ka\u017eu japanski i drugi u svetu, nije samo tehnika, ve\u0107\u0301 i pobolj\u0161anje ve\u0161tina, organizacije, procedura, standarda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Razlika, da u nekim organizacijama ima vi\u0161e pobolj\u0161anja nije zbog nedostatka ideja zaposlenih, ve\u0107\u0301 u organizaciji i sistemu, kako sticati i realizovati sve ideje, koje se pojavljuju negde u glavi ljudi. Ne govorimo samo o sistemu korisnog upravljanja sugestijama, o na\u010dinu pisanja i preno\u0161enja ideje u realizaciju, niti o tome kako nagra\u0111ivati zaposlenog, koji je davao predlog, ve\u0107\u0301 o \u010ditavoj proizvodnoj skali i nivou kulture. Postoji mnogo na\u010dina za pobolj\u0161anje. Svaki gubitak, \u010dak i mali problem, neuspeh ili gre\u0161ka, bi\u0107e neiscrpni izvor pobolj\u0161anja. Bolnica Aso Iizuka, koja je udaljena od Kyushua manje od 200 km, za poslovni model uzela je uzor TOYOTA i ameri\u010dku bolnicu Virginia Mason, koja se tako\u0111er temelji na TOYOTA PRODUCTION SYSTEM. Jedna od retkih bolnica, koja javno objavljuje svoje pokazatelje uspe\u0161nosti i kontinuirano ih pobolj\u0161ava prema na\u010delu Kaizen. Sli\u010dno tome, promovisanje stimulativnih podsticaja ne daje najbolje rezultate. Veliki broj pobolj\u0161anja ne zna\u010di da su prednosti u skladu s njima. Na primer, ako oslobodimo radnu povr\u0161inu ili smanjimo vreme stajanja na stroju, a istodobno ne koristimo te ste\u010dene kapacitete, ta pobolj\u0161anja ne predstavljaju dodatnu vrednost.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Postavljanje ciljeva za broj pobolj\u0161anja\u00a0<\/strong>mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i, jer \u0107e zaposleni, ili barem veliki deo njih, najverovatnije ispuniti taj cilj, ali pitanje je, koliko su korisna ova pobolj\u0161anja. Ljude treba voditi, potrebno je znanje za pronala\u017eenje mogu\u0107nosti, sugerirati i doneti dobra pobolj\u0161anja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Me\u0111u novouspostavljenim pristupima za postizanje pobolj\u0161anja, koja se direktno odnose na smanjenje gubitaka ili otpad, svrstavamo KAIZEN DOGA\u0110AJE.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>KAIZEN DOGA\u0110AJ je podeljen u \u010detiri ili vi\u0161e faza, izvedenih u odre\u0111enim intervalima. <\/strong>Karakteristika takvog doga\u0111aja je rad u grupi, koja se fokusira na odre\u0111enu podru\u010dje: rad, ma\u0161inu ... a istovremeno na podru\u010dju sigurnosti, kvaliteta, produktivnosti, tro\u0161kova, vremena, motivacije ... Postoje odre\u0111ene razlike me\u0111u svima, koje razumemo i uzimamo pod jednim nazivnikom, koji tako\u0111er odra\u017eava razinu zrelosti odre\u0111ene kompanije.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Za osnovne informacije pripremili smo kratki glosar izraza, koje smo koristili:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pobolj\u0161anje (Kaizen) - <\/strong>je promena na bolje ili proces pobolj\u0161anja, kontinuiranog pobolj\u0161anja.<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Korisni predlog (sugestija) - <\/strong>je predlog ili zabele\u017eena ideja, koju razumemo kao pobolj\u0161anje, pronalazak ili inovaciju.
